1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisibleForAI at visiblefor.ai ("Service"), operated by VISIBLEFORAI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

VisibleForAI provides AI visibility analysis and optimization tools for websites, including but not limited to: website scanning (standard and deep scans), AI readiness scoring (GEO Score), optimization recommendations, AI Reality Check, competitor comparison, implementation file generation, and monitoring services. The Service helps businesses understand and improve how AI systems perceive and represent their online presence. Results are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and guidance purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Each plan has defined limits on features such as the number of sites, scans per site per month, and deep scans per site per month. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide valid payment information to our payment processor
  • Authorize recurring charges on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle
  • Accept that subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment compliance on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes as determined by Paddle.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply upon renewal. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. Our refund policy is as follows:

5.1 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal, provided that no deep scans have been performed during that billing period. Deep scans consume significant computational resources (advanced AI analysis, AI Reality Check, implementation code generation) that cannot be reversed once delivered.

5.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Deep Scans Used: If you have performed one or more deep scans during the billing period, the subscription is non-refundable for that period, as the AI analysis results have already been generated and delivered to you.
  • After 14 Days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal are not eligible, regardless of deep scan usage.
  • Plan Downgrades: Switching to a lower-tier plan does not entitle you to a partial refund for the current billing period. The lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
  • Account Termination for Violations: If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

5.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@visiblefor.ai with your account email and reason for the request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial or prorated refunds are given for unused time within an active billing period.

6. Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to the Service at no cost. Free tier features, limits, and availability are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice. Free accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be deleted after prior notification by email.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Scan websites you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to analyze
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended API
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its outputs without written authorization
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, against users who violate these acceptable use provisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all other content, is owned by VISIBLEFORAI and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., website URLs, brand information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Analysis Outputs: Reports, scores, recommendations, and implementation code generated by the Service are licensed to you for your own use. You may use generated implementation code (e.g., Schema.org markup, llms.txt files) on your own websites. You may not resell or redistribute analysis outputs as a competing service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE; (C) AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS, SCORES, OR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOME, SEARCH RANKING, OR AI VISIBILITY RESULT; OR (D) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

AI visibility analysis and GEO scores are based on our proprietary methodology and are inherently estimates. AI systems change frequently, and past results do not guarantee future performance. You acknowledge that you use the Service and its outputs at your own risk and discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VISIBLEFORAI, ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. FOR FREE TIER USERS, OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO TEN (10) EUROS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VISIBLEFORAI and its owner, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or data you submit through the Service.

13. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that significantly affect paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) when practicable. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your conduct is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
  • Your account is used for fraudulent or abusive purposes
  • Required by law or a regulatory authority

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) you remain liable for any outstanding fees; (c) sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive termination. You may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@visiblefor.ai. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction specified in Section 16 below.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, where applicable.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify affected users by posting a prominent notice on the Service and/or sending an email to the address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VISIBLEFORAI regarding the use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications.
